What do you hate most about your school's dress code?

I hate that we can't wear tank tops or shorts above the knee cap. It makes it so difficult shopping for clothes for the summer before school ends. It also gets so hot in the schools sometimes, what do they want us to wear - burkas?

IDK, it just confuses me. Some say "oh well you shouldn't be looking at someone's shoulders or legs." They're legs and shoulders - everyone has them. I can't wait till we get to college, no dress code.

the disgusting polos that are short and fat.
i look like a bloated retard. i'm so skinny and they make me look hideous.
we can't have more than 2 piercings in the ear
i know this is for the guys, but their hair can't go past their ears or touch their collar. all of them would look so much better with average length hair, not short hair.
we can't have two tone hair. i'm thinking about doing it for ****s and giggles though.
we can only wear white undershirts. no lace. (no one follows this rule)
i have so many complaints about my school's dress code, hahah.
my school wouldn't be that bad if it weren't for that, i'd actually be happy, just need to get more clothes.
i miss shopping for school clothes before school starts.

blazer or tank top thing (optional)
tie
skirt
black/white socks
black shoes

and you can only have one small ring and no earrings.

i like to defy the uniform as much as possible... i wear 2 of my giant rings, vans and earrings

i guess so.. every single school near to where i live has a strict uniform like mine. idk about the rest of england though. probably mostly the same.

that's such a strange cultural difference!
the only people who have to wear uniforms (usually) in America are private schools

my blazer is never on
i wear three necklaces
i wear 2 ring sometimes
we are ment to have our top button donee up but the top two aree never done up

Oh jeez.
I hate the fact that we can't wear any jewellry apart from studs.

Oh, and if we're saying our uniforms, here's mine.

-Blue Polo shirt with school logo.
-Black jumper. (sweater.)
-Black trousers or skirt.
-Black shoes.

In the summer we can wear :
-Black 3/4 length trousers.
-White trainers.

The fact they don't enforce it when it actually should be.
We don't have strict dress codes which is fine, but we hardly have any dress code enforcement at all and sometimes there are some really innapropriate outfits.

Your shorts have to be longer than where your fingertips reach.
I wore shorts only one time last year. They were about an inch shorter than my fingertips. (I have really long arms.) 5 minutes into first period, I get yelled at to go change into something else.

In all seriousness, I hate the people who go out of their way to enforce it.

Girls can't wear shirts that go more than 4 inches below the collar bone, or wear shorts/skirts that are 6 inches or more above the knee

We can't wear tank tops (who knew that shoulders were provocative?!).

We also can't wear bandanas. I hate this rule because I LOVE using bandanas tied up as headbands.
