What do you do?

GIS Market Analyst. Half of what I do is researching our holdings and creating sales kits for our staff. The other half of my time is spent researching and analyzing markets to determine buying potential, business sales data, growth trends, etc.

I also make fun maps like this! I did this one a few months ago.

Oh and I'm freelance, so if your market needs analyzing, PM me! :teeth:

My husband has his own manufacturers rep company. I've been working with him since 1999 doing inside sales, the books, etc. I work when the kids are in school.

Before that I was a full time SAHM for five years.

Before that I was a legal assistant.

I'm currently sort of between jobs. I was a Reservations Clerk for an airline until they closed the office here on June 4. (my birthday) I had worked for them for 2 years.
I just yesterday got hired by the USPS as a carrier!

I'll start with them sometime later this summer.
My DH is a shipping clerk for a major outdoor retailer here in Seattle. He has been with them 20 years.

I am a SAHM and babysit others to help out w/ the income.I have 4 kids(9,7,6,1)and babysit 4 others(11,8,7,1).It is never boring around here.

Sales assistant right now which helps pay for me to be a student in a masters of education program so I can be a high school biology teacher! :teacher:

I am currently a SAHM by choice and I love it! Before that I worked in accounting. I enjoy being a SAHM 100% more! When I do decide to go back to work I will be earning a degree in something else b/c accounting is not my cup of tea...even though at one time I thought it would be.

I am a SAHM most of the time but i also am the mascot for the recycling center here in cincy and do alot of parades and school assemblys and other stuff to teach about recycling, I have a good time

I'm a Rehabilitation Counselor with the state dept of rehab services. My caseload is Substance Abuse. It's interesting.

I am a homemaker, or as Rosanne called it a Domestic Goddess. :teeth:

I'm a business / data analyst for a multinational staffing corporation based in Philly (obviously, I'M not based in Philly ;) ). Basically, I analyze all of our IT processes to find ways of saving money and attracting future clients. I'm also the HEAT admin (call tracking software) and designer.

I am a FT seminary student (graduating in December FINALLY!) and a PT ministry assistant at my church for the minister to children. I do random things that need done at the church, mostly administrative.

I work for a NYC based non-profit that helps chronically homeless men and women. We believe in a "hand up, not a hand out," thus we try to bring independence and self sufficiency into their lives. I am in the midst of creating an entirely new volunteer initiative and department. I feel like I have the best job in the world!

I sell Home Equity Lines of Credit at Citibank. I'm also a real estate agent part time. My office reminds me a lot of office space and when I quit my job I will take my stapler.

I work for a company that takes all of the data that supermarket scanners collect, cleans it up, repackages it, and sells it back to the companies that make food and consumer products. We're the people who tell Pepsi how much soda they sold that week, where, what kind of discounts were used, etc.

I personally create the reports and then work on projects where we completely redefine the reports. I'm just pinch-hitting until they're done sending my job to India  I should be done in a few months (which also what they said 15 months ago when they asked me to come back...)

I'm an office manager, but when baby #2 comes in January I will be a SAHM. It doesn't pay to have 2 kids in daycare. I would be working just to pay that. It's going to be a tough adjustment living on my husband's salary, but I'm looking forward to being home. I get to experience both ends of the spectrum - working mom and SAHM.

I designed kitchens and baths for 20 years..and now I am working in a local top 100 hospital..in the Chemistry Lab..my retirement job..lol
