what do you do when you can't login to a program???

Neither myself or my finace can sign into mypoints right now. Says we are unrecognizeable. I entered my password and user name about 5 times, and still couldn't get in. Said the same for fiance. This is irritating. I know I have the right name and password. Is anyone else ever experienced this are is experiencing this right now, and how do you deal with it???

This has only happened to us once. None of my family could log in to mypoints or milesource for about a week. We finally figured out that we could log in using Netscape but not IE. Well, after a few days, I checked the date on my computer while I was sitting her writing checks for the bills and I noticed that while the day was right, the year was set at 2018. When I fixed that, we could log in everywhere again. My brother had installed some software about the time everything happened and we figured that had messed up the clock.

it's not the clock or the date. Tried that, but thanks for trying.

If I encounter an error, then I open up Netscape browser and use that one...I always use IE, but with these programs, Netscape will always let me in no matter what...
