First of all, don't worry. There's a good chance that it won't rain the entire time you're there. Florida's forecast is ever changing and very seldom correct. We've been to WDW during February the past few years and we very rarely had much rain at all. There's a chance that you may not see rain at all during your stay.
Having said that, if it does rain, it still shouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure which parks you'll be at, but many of the attractions at WDW are indoors and are not affected by the weather. Even the ones that are outdoors generally run during light rain.
Just remember to bring the ponchos and keep them with you just in case.
Whatever happens, you'll have fun. Some of our best WDW memories happened during rain storms. Just go with the flow and remember--any day in WDW is better than a day away. :D

Either go to a Dollar store before you leave and buy the cheap 2 for a $1 ponchos or plan to buy ponchos when you get there. Either way - have them with you at ALL times. It won't rain the entire time but just when you think it won't rain you will need them.

I personally like the really cheap ones as they take up a lot less room but they are pretty flimsy and tear easily.

and forget about the rain! But like the other posters have suggested, I doubt it rains the entire time.
Keep some dry clothes in water proof bags or a locker just in case. And don't let a little water slow down your fun. One of the best times we ever had at WDW was on a rainy day in Epcot.

You do the same things you would if it weren't raining... just with a big yellow poncho on!!! :p Some of the best memories we have are from rainy Disney Days.... you will still have a great time!! just don't let the rain "Dampen" your spirits!!

Kathy

we've done disney in the rain and actually preferred it once because it was less crowded/ we pretty much did everything we wanted just with ponchos on. it was still pretty warm even in march. the kids had a blast. when it started to downpour we just found something to do that was indoors and then headed back out.
have fun

And MOST IMPORTANT don't forget a second pair of shoes so while the first ones are drying you can put on a dry pair...

Love WDW in the rain...as long as it isn't freezing..:D :D lines are alot shorter...

One time when we went to WDW, I think it did rain the whole week we were there. All the rides were still open, to the best of my knowledge. The only tip I have concerns people who have little children expecting to see Mickey. When I was in the ladies room, wringing water from my hair and clothes, I heard this little girl complain to her Mother, "We haven't seen any characters today!" Everyone there laughed as the mother tried to explain to her daughter why a little pouring rain might keep Mickey and Minnie in. The only park that we found difficult in the rain was AK. Epcot and MK were no problem. MGM was OK, but we sat holding our breath in a sea of yellow ponchos waiting to see if it would let up enough for Fantasmic (fortunately it did). Oh, yes-one other tip and I speak from experience-DON'T self-park at the GF in the rain!

I will agree with everyone else. You just put on your ponchos and have fun in the rain. A rainy day at Disney is better than any day back home!! We always go to Wal-mart and buy ponchos here before we go so we can get another colour than the yellow ones they sell at WDW. That way we don't get lost in the crowd. You definately need 2 pairs of good walking shoes so you always have a dry pair and lots of dry socks. We keep spare pairs in our fanny packs. Don't forget the large ziploc bags for the camcorder and camera and I usually take an extra one for wet socks when we change over to the dry ones. One of our best days at WDW was at Epcot during a really rainy day. It was tons of fun and my DH and DS were having fun skipping and singing and playing in the rain. It brought tears to my eyes because at home they would both have been complaining about the yucky weather, but it was WDW and nobody cared!! Have fun!

It rained quite a bit when we were there last year as well. But the upside of it was, it usually doesn't last long at all. Afternoon showers and then the rest of the day was bright and clear and usually pretty warm!

Do you have UPH's? If you do, Disney Quest is included and with kids this is a great indoor option when it is raining. Although, I think it is a bit more crowded because everyone has the same idea.

I agree with everyone else. Just get ponchos and wade in!

Rain is nature's way of keeping the parks uncrowded for the true believers.

One year when we went it rained 5 out of 7 days AND it was cold (the orange growers were worried about the crops freezing!).
But it turned out to be one of our best trips because the rain kept the crowds away and we did everything with no lines! Those 2 days when it was sunny were so crowded because everyone who waited out the rain came on those 2 days.
So...take ponchos, wear layers if it might be cold, and go hit the parks, no matter what the weather!
Have fun!

We went two years ago in February where it poured rain for two days straight. It wasn't all that cold though. We just had sweatshirts on under our ponchos. People were even swimming in the pool in the rain. The crowdeds were really low. We walked on everything except things in Fantasyland. We even went on Splash Mt figuring we were wet already what did it matter. We were even able to ride first car at Space Mt and Rockin roller coaster will very little wait. After cleared up the parks were so packed we could barely walk. We just went back to all of the parks on the nice days to take pictures, etc. We didn't feel like dragging out the camera in the rain. We also took breaks in the afternoon. It is good to get out of rain and we changed into dry clothes. It made a big difference. I am sure you will have a blast even if it does rain.
