I know of Garage Sales, ebay etc.. what else? Any ideas... I would really like to do character meals.. but need some creative ways to earn extra money.. I am going to start back chachaing..

Check out the Disney Rewards Programs discussion board. It is below the Community forums. There are a number of good programs out there where you can earn money for disney cards/dollars or simply cash. I am using them to pay much of my next trip with my kids.

speaking of chacha.. does anyone know a link to download the software? Ihave it on my desktop but I just bought a laptop and want to install it here

I found a great way, but it is very restrictive. I got myself a part time job at WDW. Not only does it pay for my habit, but I get into the parks free and get a discount on all my purchases. However, I still spend more in the parks in a month than I earn there.

I do mypoints exclusively for the RFC gift certificates - thats a meal there - if I have more points I go for Marriot gcs for the ride down.

I also mystery shop and use a portion of that for my trips.

Save loose change- just counted up our loot at the bank counting machine: $416! :yay:

Also- sell on ebay- not much but every little bit adds up.
Use cashback from credit cards toward WDW vacations. I have cards that give me 5% cashback on groceries, gas and drugstores, 1% on everything else. Sometimes I can get as much as $300-$500 back a year!

I sell lia sophia jewelry to fund my disney addiction and it is so true. I LOVE EVERYTHING DISNEY.

I just sold a few things on ebay, that is fun also. But my big bucks come from my jewelry demonstrations.

I do the reward programs and online survey sites. I also keep my vacation money in an online savnigs account and earn a great interest rate on the money in there. I use my disney visa for everday purchases to rack up disney rewards and my airline visa to rack up miles! I'm actually quite proud of how much this covers for the trip! Almost all of it!!

I pick up overtime shifts...one or two a month, they add up pretty quickly!

Sell things on ebay & craigslist,
do Sunshine Rewards and MyPoints,
use Disney Visa for everything possible to get rewards points,
and I'm an Arbonne consultant so all my commissions go in my Disney fund!

I'm an RN so I can get all the OT I want. My DH and I have started a "what if" account, I put at least 1 shift of income in it a month and he puts at least 2 shifts of his income. I only work 2 days a week so I pick up 1-2 extras a month and put it in that account and he does the same. We use the $$ for insurance policies, back to school shopping, Christmas shopping, and vacations. I also do a change jar, even our teen boys throw change in it for their little sisters. Whatever is in the jar when we go is the little ones spending money. When our boys were younger they would collect anywhere from $200-400 in change every year. Granted they searched pockets before helping with the laundry and helped clean out the cars rather frequently in search of the $$ but hey it had them helping.
