What do you do on checkout day?

We do Crystal Palace for breakfast before MK opens, then FP our favorite rides and grab some goodies from Main Street on our way out.

Lunch at one of the resort restaurants.

Also, if there was something in the plan for earlier in the trip but it didn't work out, the last day is another chance to do that.

I used to book the latest flight possible, go to a park, then drive to MCO with my rental car. Only problem we had was that I kept thinking...I can go on... (pick a ride) one more time and still make my flight. After missing my flight two times with this plan, I started booking afternoon flights and now we go to DTD..er.. Disney Springs and shop at the Marketplace and Westside, have lunch, then go to MCO.

It's a full park day for us. We always drive to Disney (13 hours), so we don't have to worry about a flight. We spend the day in the parks (always end at MK or Epcot), leave the park at close, stay at a hotel a couple of hours up the road, and do the big ride home the next day.

We always go to the park check out day. Usually magic kingdom, use our 3 fast passes and head back to the resort. We will go to the pool or roast some marshmallows and then head to the magical express.
