I'm not sure if I have the letter or not still. At any rate, they seem to have acknowledged that I was shorted points -- it just that they didn't seem to "fix it right." I wrote to them again & am waiting to hear back. Thanks!Do you have your reservation confirmation letter? If so, does it show 108 points or 133? If it's got the correct 108 points on it, I'd scan that into an email and send it as well. Good luck.
Yikes! Glad they eventually straightened it out -- and the one day free only seems fair....
They had erroneously checked me out 4 days ahead of schedule. Talk about what we had to do to get checked back in. ....
