I find myself getting very bored easily with cardio so I like to change it up frequently. So I am curious what do YOU do for cardio? Usually I mix it up with the elliptical, biking, and sometimes Turbo Jam. I also occasionally play a few hours of racquetball as a nice change as well. I would love to do swimming but no access to a pool for me

I also don't play sports. So...I do my cardio workout in my basement - alternating between the Nordic Track and the stationary bike. The Nordic Track is more tiring, so I do that first for about 40 minutes. I can do a 10-minute mile for most of that time, with a 1-minute water break after 20 minutes. Then I ride the bike for an additional 30-40 minutes, using different programs on the bike.
if you're on the floor for a couple hours, definitely works up a sweat!
I have pod cast from so long ago that helps with timing. So I have a couple months to get a sturdy endurance to start walk/jogging.
I enjoy running but its not that easy at my weight.
