I have used a Snore Guard Mouthpiece for about a year now. It really works and I sleep better too. You can buy one online (
Amazon.com) and others. It is a clear, medium-soft, plastic piece like the ones that athletes wear. You have to fit it to your mouth so that your lower jaw moves forward about 1/4 inch. This prevents your soft pallet from "falling back" toward the the back of your mouth. It is (for most people) this soft pallet obstruction that causes the snoring. The mouth piece takes a few nights to get used to, but now I hardly notice it. Good luck!
