It really depends on your preferences, plans and budget! I love the deluxe resorts, but when traveling solo I tend to spend a lot of time in the parks and never use the amenities! I have become a Pop Century convert for those types of visits!
CSR has a lovely, spread-out atmosphere and is relatively quiet, as it is a convention property. They have a terrific children's area, but it's away from most of the buildings. And moderates now have a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker.
Both properties are relatively central to all of the parks.
Beyond that, select your favourite park(s), decide what you want to do (heavy-duty parks, relaxing days at the resort?), determine your budget and go from there!
