What do you consider a good disney deal?

I've plugged in all of the numbers and we could go Sept 3-9 to catch the tail end of the 40% promo for that month, staying at Caribbean Beach with DDP and 6 day MYW passes with flights for $2736. Is that a good deal to jump on? Or should I keep number crunching?

Will I pay the full amount when I call Disney to book or a down payment? When we went last time I used my timeshare so I didn't have to do this part of it.
