What do we do with wegoshop.com order?

We have wegoshop.com delivering our order to our resort about 1.5 hours after we arrive. If we don't have a room by the time they get there with our order, will the resort be able to hold our groceries somewhere until we get our room so we can go to the parks?
 
What we did was ask for a delivery time in the afternoon (3:30pm), since rooms sometimes aren't ready until 3pm. The hotel may hold the groceries for you if it's an early delivery, but I'm not sure. Anyone know? :confused3
 
We used them last January and since we had a late flight they were fine with delivering our groceries to Pop before we arrived. Pop just put out stuff where they keep other bags etc. that arrive before the guests. I do believe however that if you have liquor in your order you need to be there to receive it so they can verify your age.
 
Yes the resort will hold your groceries and put them in the refrigerator for you. We were at the WL on May 20 and wegoshop called to say they were running a little late and wouldn't be there until about 30 minutes after this particular call. We had reservations for the HOOP DE DUE and so I asked him to leave our groceries with Bell Services. When we got back to our room there was a message on our phone from Bell Services stating that our groceries had arrived. I called down to Bell Services and they promptly brought them up to our room! Very nice!!
