What do the mugs look like?

are they still the teal, pink & black w/the beach scene? please tell me after 2 years they've changed them! My sister is a travel agent & said theyre going to come out ones w/microchips so you can't bring them back?

We just got back and they were the same beach/water scene as before...just with different lid/handle color options! Purple, orange or green. They also had the words "rapid fill" printed in black, which I assume is the new program to keep you from using old mugs on a future trip!

Is this rolled out at all resorts? I have a trip in October coming up and my mother, (God love her), always packs her mugs to get refills. I tell her it's per trip, not all the time, but she doesn't listen. I'd love to be able to tell her there are new mugs that limit it at BLT, but I don't know if even showing her this post would make her believe it.

I can't say for certain about BLT, but RapidFill is in effect at CR. Even the regular paper cups have chips in them. The dispenser will not function if there's no cup, or an expired cup.

Since BLT uses the CR mugs and the CR counter service area it would be highly unlikely that the BLT pool would not be the same as far as the chip.
