What do the acronyms mean?

A noob question for sure but I've seen DH, DW, DS etc thrown around. What do they mean?

Yes. I expect this is the exact reason Disney cancelled DME.....! Less confusing acronyms!

For me....its Dear Husband and Dear Daughter. Actually for me, I say DD21 to signify her age, but I don't do that for my DH - I don't think he'd appreciate me saying DH54 .

On here could be both dear/disney. For texting the D has typically meant 'dear' for quite a long time.

Then there is the story of the person who thought the acronym LOL meant "Lots of Love" and every time someone posted the death of a family member or tragic life event they replied and at the end posted LOL. AWKWARD
