I know Le Cellier doesn't have a dress code, but would we feel uncomfortable dining there in jeans or shorts? How are most patrons dressed?

Thanks!!

Hi,
I never really noticed.I can tell you, that at work i am always in a uniform,so when i am off i always have shorts and a t-shirt on.I have been to Le Cellier several time with shorts and a t-shirt on and never had any strange looks or anything else.i have noticed others wearing the same sometimes there.Hope that helps a little.

We've been there for both lunch and dinner and everyone is usually dressed casually in shorts or capris. In fact, I don't remember ever see anyone particularly dressed up.

Dh is wearing Khakis and a polo and i will be in a summer dress. DD will be in a summer dress and DS will be in Khaki shorts and a polo.

I typically do dress for dinner, but never for Le Cellier, or any of the theme park restaurants (except Chefs de France and Brown Derby, on occassion). If they don't have a dress code, then standard park attire is fine.

My family wore our parkware which was mostly jeans and t-shirt. We saw people dressed as we were and others were dressed up (shirt, tie, jacket etc.) and everything in between.

I will be wearing standard park clothes - shorts and a tank top. I don't remember seeing anyone not dressed in park clothes last year. In the August heat I don't know how you could stand to get dressed up unless you were not going to visit the park at all.

Last year we just walked up without a ressie at 2pm cause we were hungry and a few minutes later we were seated. I know we were in park wear. Didn't see anyone dressed up. Hardly anyone there either. In June? :confused3

All this talk about "dress codes" seems insane to me! I mean, I can see it at Victoria and Albert's, but really, anywhere within a park seems like fair game to wear regular park gear. I'm going later this month, in this oppressive heat, and I can tell you I'm not going to schlep myself back to the hotel to change clothes to eat a meal. No way, no how!

Last yr we hd been in the parks all day so we all had on shorts and tshirts.. All of the PARK restaurants are casual. The only ones I would dress up for are a few at the deluxe resorts..

There are probably enough people who want a fine and refined dining experience in the theme parks to warrant a couple of park restaurants with dress codes. There are so many restaurants in the theme parks, that it shouldn't bother the rest of us to give those people their one or two, their way.

If the restaurant is in the theme park, then I don't think anyone would expect anything different than regular park attire. It would be insane to be at the park and then have to go back to the room to change to go back to the park for dinner. JMHO.

I went with just my speedos on. Cleared the place out thank you very much.

DH will be wearimh his sweat-stained FBI: Female Body Inspector t-shirt and a torn pair of shorts. I will be wearing my too tight ****ie hanging out tank top and my favorite muffin top booty shorts....yep, typical park wear. :cool1:

So you're the people DH and I are making fun of! :p Nice to meet you! :thumbsup2

We were all pretty casually dressed...jeans, capris, t-shirts...and from what I recall, everyone else in the restaurant was casual, as well. I didn't feel out of place or uncomfortable at all. :) Hope this helps!

Are we dorks because we always make a point to wear polos instead of t-shirts at Epcot? You know...it's the more refined park........
