What do ME tags look like?

For anyone that's used ME (or already received their tags), what do the tags look like? Are they actual plastic tags or just stickers? What info is on them? If anyone has pictures that would be great. TIA

They are about 2 inches wide and 8 inches long. They are bright yellow and designed to be wrapped around the handles of your luggage. There is a green mickey head with "AK" in the city (don't know what this stands for), the name of your hotel, names of your party members, check-in date, a place for room number (why?), and some other numbers. I'll try to take a picture of them in a little bit.
