What do I need - Mickey Head project help please!

I made the sewn down mickey head shirts years ago and want to do it again. I remember I bought something that I ironed onto the material and then cut out the mickey head and would iron the head onto the shirt so I could sew it down.

Does anyone know what it is I am looking for? It is driving me crazy!!
