What do Cast Members get discounts on?

I was just wondering what we cast members can get discounts on and what we cant on a Disney Cruise?

I would post this question on the CM board. They can fill you in on all the details. Are you park or TDS? Our store closed a few months before the sale to Children's Place, but I heard that TDS benefits changed.

Well, when I was a CM at WDW, my normal discount on all merchandise (20%). My mom and I alse cruised on a 3 day in a cat 6 for $750.00, which included all taxes and tips. Please let me know if you have any questions....

That rate is not even in the realm of posiblity in this day and age. If you received that rate as a CM it must have been one heck of a special.

You can get all the cruise discount information through the cast portal. If you are not eligible to use the cast portal, you are probably not eligible for a cruise discount.

Actually for a space available cabin that's probably about right, amybe a tad low these days. It's ONLY available for FL CM's, because they can bump your ight up to the point you arrive at the port if a non-CM passenger comes along and wants to sail.

I have a CM friend at WDW who booked space available in late January last year for about that price, got a call the day before they were to sail that they were bumped--which is why they only sell those rates to FL CM's, they aren't "flying in".
