What Disneyland 50th souvenir are you absolutely, positively buying?

I am not sure that is lack of planning but just not expecting the level of interest in the new 50th anniversary merchandise.

That's exactly what I mean. With all the promotion and advertising for the 50th, I would have thought they would have tons of everything. If an item doesn't sell well initially, then they would have 18 months to sell. On the flip side, if items do sell well and they don't have enough stock, then the most enthusiastic Disney fans who come early in the celebration may have to do without.

You guys are making me nervous! None of it will probably be there when we go in December! :sad2:
I wouldn't sweat it. By Dec they should know which items are selling best and order many, MANY more of everything.

Disney fans do without :rotfl: - NO NO NO, we will find a way! It is our mission in life - isn't :confused3 it?

Yep, but this fan will be paying shipping to DelivEARS when items are back in stock. ;)

This one too and also for the stuff I could not carry home. Think of it as christmas (costs almost as much :sad2: )!!!

I've actually already got 3, thanks to a dear friend of mine. LOL!

He sent me the golden mouse ears and the fold-out park map (the big neat ones, not the park guide), and I asked him to pick up the Disneyland Then, Now, and Forever book (I think that's the title). I got them yesterday and they're great!

We just arrived this morning and after checking in went straight to downtown
disney. Off I searched for the WORLD OF DISNEY and immediately looked for the golden ears. My friends had requested this one item they had to have, they'll be visiting Walt Disney World in Orlando and doubt they'll be any "50th Anniversary" there. Luckily, the employees were commenting that they were just restocking that day, since that sells very quickly. They had both children and adult sizes. But, no gold antenna balls. Also, the magnetic photo frames were out, but during my shopping spree I noticed they were restocking those as well. Someone had mentioned that they would need $1000 and I thought,"no that's too much". Well, just there I spent $540 and still not done. There's so many things, you want them all. Of course, next time you go you won't find the 50th Anniversary merchandise. :cloud9:

Hope you got the free lithograph too. It's really nice but I was surprised it didn't mention the 50th.
