What Die Cut System was it?

A while back , someone posted a die cut system that looked like a printer that used software on the pc. I tried to search for it, but that's hard when you don't know what it's called. I was just wondering:

A. What was it? It's driving me nuts that I can't remeber
B. Did the person who got it, like it?
