We're looking to do F&W in Oct 2026, just checking for the possible price range then, haven't stayed onsite since covid and I'm way out of touch on such things, THANKS!

You are able to check the October 2026 rack pricing now, and any discount will be max of 10-20% below this pricing for Moderates / Value resorts. October is now a very popular time to visit WDW. You are able to check pricing now for next October at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/

Mousesavers has some great information on currently rack rate announcements, and Historical discount offers. Start on this page: https://www.mousesavers.com/historical-information-on-walt-disney-world-resort-discounts/#rack

There are tables on this page for when discounts have historically been offered as well as the current offers for 2026.

We stayed Boardwalk DVC for Oct 30 and 31, then moved over to cash at Coronado Springs for Nov 1 and 2 (Sat and Sun night). We booked only 8 or 9 days out, did not get any discount for Sat night and a small discount (maybe 10%) for Sun night. Planning earlier would’ve likely saved us a considerable amount. Before tax:

After tax was $392 for Sat and $326 for Sunday.

Oct 19 - Nov 19 were on the same pricing schedule with the exception of Halloween weekend being a few extra dollars per night than those surrounding weekend nights ($392 after tax vs $384):

From https://www.mousesavers.com/2025-coronado-springs-room-rates-season-dates/

“Where there are three prices for a period (i.e. $111 · $222 · $333), the first price is usually for Mondays – Wednesdays, the second is usually for Sundays & Thursdays, and the third is usually for Fridays & Saturdays.”

Go ahead and book what you want and watch prices. Book a room only and make sure you read the cancellation policy CYA. You have plenty of time to modify or change your reservations completely. Don't focus on today's price! Good luck!
