Back in the U.S. We were up in Canada for the long weekend, so I got to bring back a bunch of treats and groceries!

Okay...so I had to look up bread chips. I had no idea what those were. I have heard of pita chips and bread sticks and crostini and other variations, but never bread chips. Do you eat them plain or put something like bruschetta on top?

There's a small bakery here called "The Well, "and they slice, dry and season the breads that are not sold, and then sell them as chips. Yes, someone could put bruschetta on top. I am happy with the flavoring the baker uses.

We have left Ohio, and I miss a certain store's pickled beets. When I visit friends, I will bring a case of those treats back with me. I understand your grocery shopping!
