What did you have for dinner last night?

Last night I am trying to remember OMG! Hmm..... I do remember the last thing that I ate was tortillas with cheese. :)

~~ I love you Phil and you will forever be with me! Forever my very best and most special friend! I love you to no end. ~~

Chicken that I through in the crock pot with red potato's, carrots, celery and onion's... topped with Golden mushroom soup... easy, comfort food!

Last night was frozen pizza night! I didn't have to cook, so that was awesome. We had California Pizza Kitchen chicken and garlic thin crust pizza. It was pretty yum, but nowhere near as awesome as the lunch I had yesterday at Panera (smokehouse turkey and broccoli and cheese soup with a baguette, YUM!).

Last night I had chicken pasta with artichokes, spinach, tomato and onion, tossed in a creamy Asiago sauce. I had leftovers for lunch, yummy!

chili (mine was not homemade) topped with onion, cheese, sour cream and a little bit of hot sauce :)

Pizza, salami and mushroom with Feta cheese, Pesto breadsticks and salad. I have salad and breadsticks for lunch today. :)

Yesterday man I can't remember OK so I know that I ate something oh yes it was Chinese food, yummy! Sweet and Sour Pork, lemon chicken with chow mein, his brother Lo was not working that day so there was only chow mein.

I made shrimp scampi Wednesday night....OMG it was amazing!!!!! Last night we had leftovers. :) Served it with pasta and cut up sourdough bread dipped in dipping vinegar and had a glass of wine as well. So so so so good! :)
I used the recipe posted a few pages back. :)

It was older DS's 13th birthday, so we took him out to dinner. He picked Chinese and ordered two entrees. :scared1: The server also brought him an order of chicken chow mein on the house as a birthday gift, so DS13 had general chicken, sweet and sour pork, and chicken chow mein. He made quite a dent in all of it too. We had two other entrees at the table as well, but there wasn't really much leftover, and DS11 wasn't even there helping us eat it all since he was away at 6th grade camp. Everything was so yummy we couldn't help but chow down I guess!
