With a DH with an infected tooth and a DS with strep Throat...it had to be soft and comfort food so they would eat...

We had Ravioli out of a can

Matt, I notice that sometimes we eat the same type of foods....LOL

I made chicken & cheese enchiladas with rice, black beans and corn on the side. I think I"ll take leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Tonight I think we will eat out...maybe Thai or just sandwiches. Subway and Togo's are both close and tonight Baskin Robbins has $1 scoops of ice cream, we are grabbing that after we get DBF from the train station, he's taken the train to and from work the past couple of days.

So last night we did the Mexican/Salvadorean place, OMG I LOVE it there!! So good!!! I had a chicken taco, a chicken enchilada (Salvadorean style) and a pupusa. YUM!!
Not sure about tonight yet...I need to figure that out...

Last night we had leftovers, tonight...not a clue. I was considering going out tonight for Mother's Day but now DD14 wants to hang out with her DBF longer so I don't know.....

No... Lucky did. The store has a Chinese food counter. I ordered chow mien, lemon chicken and sweet and sour pork. Very yummy. And you get a fortune cookie too. If I don't like it, I just ask for another fortune.

Thursday was Chicken Burritos for Cinco de Mayo...Friday (last night) was leftover Chicken Burritos and Beef tostadas and tonight was the last of the lefotover mexican food with beef burritos and beef tostadas...Tomorrow will be a surprise as my boys will be cooking for Mother's Day...
