Pwings Pupusa is so good. Did they have the cabbage stuff to go on top. Oh my yum!!!

I made orange casserole last night. Tonight who knows. I have to take my cousin home and do laundry.

Yes, the Pupusa had the cabbage stuff for the top and it had some sauce stuff too...OMG it was soooooooooo good!!!!!!! We will definitely be going back! It wasn't that much $$ either, our total bill was $27 for the 4 of us! It was stuffed with their "mix" so it had pork and other veggies in it.

I've got a 16 bean soup mix in the crock pot right now, later I'll add some ham to it as well.

LAST NIGHT was..check this out.. a stuffed ****aki mushroom, stuffed with a polenta type filling and rice and shrimp!!! IT was soo yummy. .. you can find them at costco people! And we had a salad with cranberries and white balsamic vinegar and almonds!

I know!!!! I Panda, the Beijing Beef if my fave! I get that w/chow mein and pot stickers! YUM!

I made cheese enchiladas last night, man they were goooood!!!!

I've got a 16 bean soup mix in the crock pot right now, later I'll add some ham to it as well.

The Orange:

One pound ground Beef
One packade extra wide egg noodles
2 cans cream of Mushroom
2 cans tomato soup
2 cups cheddar cheese


Cooke the ground beef until it is nice and brown. Boil the noodles until the are cooked

Combine cooked noodles ground beef and the 2 cans of cream of mush and 2 cans of tomato soup in a casserole dish. Top with cheddar chesse. Bake at 350 for 20 -30 minutes or until top is nice bubbly brown.

Last night I had carne asada nachos and a vegetarian quesadilla and 3 beers and a shot of Tequila.
