Lol, it is actually called Sriracha sauce, but also known as Rooster since there is a picture of one on the bottle/ jar....and much easier to say. It is spicy and we love it

I put it on popcorn today!

I thought that's what it was! Hubby and I love that stuff! We always have some in the fridge! Going to have it tonight with our Homemade Japanese Chicken and Zucchini!

I think It is hot, but not crazy hot.... My husband uses a lot more than I do because he has a stomach of made of steal. Lol
