Thanx, jeepgal! I just hope I don't offend anyone with the yankee comment! Because listen--some of my *best friends* are yankees! I even have one good friend from NEW JERSEY! (I forget which exit.) <<----that's a Jersey joke.

I mean it about Martha Stewart, though. The women in my family watch her and yell at the TV, the way the men around here do at the Steelers and the Saints. We yell stuff like, "Oh, come on, Martha! Big deal!" and "Duh, ya fold sheets by the inner corners!" And: "Ahh, Martha, who is gonna do that!? Way too expensive!"

We take our domestic goddess status seriously.

I gave it away to a charity. Why keep it when there are brides out there who cannot afford a nice dress for their ceremony.

you know its funny - at first I was going to keep it and then came upon this thread and found that site and I really think it would be better to give it away - I mean even if I ever had kids - which I doubt! I would think they would want to get their own gowns.
