I think they are little smokies. You can stuff with any sausage you want.
I use this recipe for the dough. Then I split the dough into 18 equal pieces (I use a scale so it’s even). Then add a slice of cheddar or shredded cheese, roll up and secure the ends. Follow the baking instructions in the dough recipe.

After baking, you can eat, or cool to room temp and freeze. Defrost 45s in the microwave for a quick snack or breakfast.
Baking right now for an event tomorrow. I've got a cinnamon apple cake in the oven that I'm going to finish with some dolce de leche I brought back from a recent trip to Mexico. I've never seen it here and I'm wildly excited to try it! I'm also doing a black forest trifle; the devil's food cake for that is in alongside the apple right now. As soon as they're out I'll turn the oven down and throw in a blueberry cheesecake.
just took cupcakes out of the oven....they're green. Will frost them later with green frosting and sprinkles. They will go home with the grand kids tomorrow so they have treats.
They will be baking cookies tomorrow....each doing a different one, but they are for Mother's Day lunch.
