What did you bake today ? OK if not from scratch

I'm not, and will not, be snowed in, but it is grand kids baking day.
DGS made a pizza shaped brownie topped with caramel sauce and chocolate chips.
DGD made gluten free Lemon Bars for DD (her aunt)

Making jambalaya for dinner tomorrow night. Will bake something to go with it. I've not been overly successful with cornbread, so maybe just a loaf of bread.

It’s from an Italian RAI tv cooking show. The recipe was posted on the YouTube video’s description. I used google translate to put it in English. Keep in mind that it’s a European recipe so measurements have to be adjusted. I think 190 C is 374 F according to google. :

Fulvio Marino proposes a special, beautiful and delicious bread. Here are the love knots.

Ingrediants:
1 kg flour 0, 15 g fresh brewer's yeast, 250 g eggs, 100 ml milk, 150 ml water, 100 g sugar, 250 g butter, 20 g salt, 3 g black pepper, 200 g dried tomato pate

Method:
Let's prepare the dough: put the flour in a bowl or in a planetary mixer, together with the crumbled fresh brewer's yeast, the beaten eggs, the milk and most of the water. We mix, then we put in the sugar and continue to mix. At this point, add the salt and the remaining water and work until a homogeneous and smooth dough is obtained. Add the soft butter into small pieces, a little at a time, and the ground pepper and knead until the fat is absorbed. We cover and leave to rest for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Roll out the dough, with a rolling pin, on the floured surface, until a layer about half a cm thick is obtained. We spread over the dried tomato pate (a veil). We fold the dough over the filling, into a wallet (photo). We stretch the dough again with a rolling pin. We cut the tongue into squares. We divide each square into three strips, which we intertwine with each other, then roll the braid around itself. Or, we divide a square into 6 strips, which we weave in 3 by 3, then we give the shape of a heart. We arrange the knots on the pan, cover and let rise until doubled. We bake in a hot and static oven at 190 ° for 14 minutes.

What my family calls "Big Sandwich". It is dough filled with ham, salami, mozzarella and garlic olive oil.
It's the length of a cookie sheet and a favorite of DGD.
Also BBQ cups, a favorite of DGS. Those both went to DS's house.

For us tonight I am making a sweet potato quiche.
