What Did They Do To Tacos De Carne?

One of my favorite places to eat lunch is San Angel Inn. Love the Tacos de Carne. The last 2 times I have ordered it something was different. They used t make it with steak. Now it is some type of pulled beef and does not taste the same. It's just not as good as it used to be. I still like eating in San Angel Inn for the atmosphere, but need to find another disk to order. Anyone else notice the change?

Old version Tacos de Carne - Grilled New York strip on flour tortillas, topped with chipotle pepper sauce, scallions and avocado, served with rice and refried black beans - $23.00

New version Tacos de Costilla de Carne- Braised Short Rib, Poblano Peppers, and Onions served with Guacamole, Beans, and Rice accompanied by Corn Tortillas and Salsa Verde

Old version was much much better. I don't like the taste of the new version. I hope they bring back the old one.
