I keep reading that things have changed there (again).

But I haven't seen WHAT has been changed. I heard the potatoes and the dessert?

Please help me out.
Thanks!

I haven't been there since the changes a few months ago but I heard that the potatoes are now noodles and the stir fry veggies are now broccoli I think. I know the peel and eat shrimp are gone as well as the wontons. They got rid of the sausage and went back to the shrimp on the skewer and there are pot stickers now too. The dessert is still the bread pudding. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.

1- The shrimp is now on skewers instead of in a bowl.
2- The shrimp on skewers replaced the sausage (it is gone).
3- The wonton chips are gone- replaced by pork dumplings (potstickers).
4- Potatoes are gone, replaced by noodles (like lo mein, kind of).
5- Welcome Bread added to starters at beginning of meal.
6- Dessert of bread pudding still the same.

I don't remember what the veggies were like last time, so I can't tell if they have been changed (I try not to pay attention to veggies if I can help it! )

Hmmm, we ate at Ohana's the end of February 2008 and we had potatoes, not noodles. There was the Welcome bread, broccoli, potatoes, salad, chicken wings, potstickers and skewers of meat (steak, turkey, shrimp) with dipping sauces. Dessert was the scrumptious bread pudding which went quickly with 5 of us! We're planning to eat there again when we return to Disney. :goodvibes

We ate there on 3/7/2008. It was the first night they were serving the noodles. So you just missed out on the noodles.:)

Thanks!

I didn't like the sausage, so that's cool. I was most concerned about the dessert!

Do the noodles have a peanut sauce? I thought I read that somewhere.

Thanks again!

If they keep the bread pudding we'll be back there again on our next trip, otherwise I guess we'll try another place. We will miss the (not so healthy) cheesy potatoes, though.

... and we dont even like bread pudding ... except at 'Ohana!:cloud9:

We were there last week and yes, the noodles are in peanut sauce with pineapple. DD(5) and I loved them, DH was so-so. None of us can stand bread pudding but we do love it at O'hana!

We had dinner there last night with 11 people...
everything was great.

opening pineapple bread was tasty - but not wonderful
salad was tasty as always
veggies were broccoli and snap peas - tasty and flavorful
noodles were wonderful
the potstickers were the BEST!
the wings were as tasty as always
turkey and pork were great
beef was still tasty -
I didn't have the shrimp nor the dessert (we had birthday cake) but it looked wonderful.

All in all I could have eaten the wontons, the noodles, amd the wings and been entirely satisfied :)

Enjoy!
