Ok, I tried to print my designs at work today. I was using light transfer paper (a brand from Michael's) so I reversed the image. The first time I tried to print the image came out very light and it didn't look like it was the entire image. Plus it left black ink on the rollers of the printer. I'm going to try to do a couple of names at home to see if it works better. My shirts arrived today so I'm ready to get started.

I don't have a clue as to why you had problems, especially with the black ink on the rollers?:(If I were you, I would print the designs on plain paper first, it will save transfers, but yet allow you to see the design to see if it all will print. Maybe for the first one, even print it in black and white...I have used only the Avery brand from Wal-Mart..Hope your shirts turn out to be amazing...this board has awesome designers..

I did print it out on paper first, in color and in grayscale to see the size and what it would like reversed. That's why I was surprised when it didn't come out on the transfer paper.

That happened to me a couple of times last night as well. I got my white transfers at Michael's.
I think with mine my printer was just being a bit stubborn LOL :cool2:
but then I tried it again making sure that the paper caught the wheels of the printer and went through smoothly.
It worked fine.

Good Luck!
