What day would be best for MM?

Just wanting some "expert" opinions on what day it would be best for us to use our MM. We are staying offsite, arriving Sept 8th and leaving Sept 19th. Our Disney Days are slotted for Sunday the 9th, Monday the 10th, Wednesday the 12th, Sunday the 16th and Tuesday the 18th. Any suggestions on what days are best for what park? right now we have a city pass which we are going to upgrade to the 5 day hopper. Thanks for your input!

I believe the only days you can use MM will be the Sunday or the Tuesday. I did not check hours but I expect Tuesday will have later park opening and I would just use it then unless you are an early riser and really want to do MM at 7AM on a Sunday.
