What day of the week way your wedding on?

The poem doesnt say anything about getting married on a sunday...

We don't really have weddings on a Sunday over here in Ireland. I think its because, in general, the priests won't perform a wedding ceremony on that day due to Sunday services.

We're hoping for a Tuesday. That way people can fly over during the weekend and have a day or two to get over the Jet Lag a little. A Wednesday would be fine for us too.

Were hoping for a Thursday, with guests flying in the weekend before and a few days holiday before the wedding, were then leaving on the following Sunday for our Disney Cruise. But to be honest it doesnt matter which day we get married as our guests will be in Orlando for a week minimum. We just went with mid week as we hope it will be easier to get our chosen venue/time

We are renewing our vows on a Tuesday. We picked it because it is our anniversary, and it doesn't hurt that the minimums are much lower for weekdays!

Ours is on next labor day ( a monday). We figured people would have a long weekend and the parks wouldn't be very busy that time of year.

You're not the only one! We're hoping for 10/2/2010 which is a saturday. We have to do a weekend because both of our siblings are still in school and we dont want them to miss much. And i too have a things with even numbers!

We chose Monday because we wanted it on a weekend for our out of town guests. I didn't think we would hit the minimun for a Saturday wedding but we did anyway go figure!
