One time when we went to Boma,we had a ressie for 5:30. We got to AKL way too early and I was walking around by the entrance to the restaurant at 4:40. All the items were set out on the buffet,which I didnt really take in fully. I changed our ressie to when the restaurant opened. When we got to the buffet stations just after 5pm,alot of the stuff was dried out,which made me realize that if we had checked in at 5:30 and,say,got to the buffet stations around 5:40 after being seated and all that,most of the food would have been changed out and we would have gotten fresh stuff. For that reason,we never go to buffets right when the restaurant opens.
