What date does Xmas usually start at Disney

School have confirmed oct 16 half term dates and they are as I guessed so off from Friday 23rd October back mon 7th November. As this is later than usual I'm hoping we may catch some Xmas decorations and mvmcp.
Any idea what date decorations will be up and possible first party date?

I think you might just miss the first party as that is usually around the 8th November.

Xmas Decorations start going up from around the 2nd in MK and that will be dressed in time for the first party. It takes several weeks for the process to be completed across the resort.

We go as soon as DD finished school in December for about 10 nights as we love seeing all the Xmas stuff.

I wish we would get a 2 week October half term as I would love to do MNSSHP and have time to recover before I have to work! Very jealous!

Will be our last one as daughter starts secondary 2017 with only a week off

Had a google 2014 MVMCP started 7th and 2015 8th so we may still be too early.

Her xmas holidays aren't as generous and she wont consider missing the last week of parties and concerts. She only breaks up 21st December next year.

That's a shame - DD finishes the 11th this year.

She is missing the carol concert and disco as we are flying out Thursday but I don't think she'll mind so much when we are there.
