what date can I revise my reservation

I had to split my reservation for February, 2021 between my two home reservations (BLT & BCV) since I couldn't borrow more than 50% from my BLT contracts. I wanted my whole reservation at BLT which I own 2 small contracts. I'm planning to revise my 2 reservations into 1 BLT reservation at the 7 month booking period using my BCV points so we don't have to change resorts. Here's my question, can I revise my reservation starting with day 1 of my first reservation or do I have to wait till day 1 of my second reservation. To explain better, my first reservation is at BLT from 2/18/2021 - 2/22/2021 and my second reservation is at BCV from 2/22/2021 - 2/24/2021. Can I revise on 7/18/2020 or do I have to wait till 2/22/2020.

You can try to reserve it on 7/18, and if there is availability to allow you to pick up additional BLT dates with your BCV points it will let you.

It will not let you move any BCV points to cover any of the BLT days you currently have.

Now I’d you need any of those BCV points, then you will have to cancel that first...or, wait until the 22nd to modify it to BLT, to match what you have.

You can then chat, email, or call MS and have them merge as long as both are same room type.

As I understand it, you have a BLT ressie using BLT points beginning 2/18/21 and a BCV ressie using BCV points starting on 2/22/21 and the total reserved time is 6 nights. At 7 months out, you want to modify the reservations into one reservation using only BCV points for a BLT reservation.

You cannot modify that BLT reservation online at 7 months out (or even after) by using points from the BCV reservation without first cancelling the BCV reservation, i.e., you cannot combine two reservations into one by simply trying to modify one or both of them. Moreover, at 7 months out from the BLT reservation, even MS via phone call cannot move any points from the second reservation to the first without first cancelling that second reservation. The solution in your case is to modify the BLT reservation to one using BCV points at 7 months out, and then at 7-months out from the BCV reservation change that reservation to BLT. Then call MS and see if it can combine both reservations into one without cancelling either. If it cannot, then simply have MS link the reservations which will result in not having to change rooms.

When you get to the 7th month mark you can go online and modify the BCV reservation to be a reservation at BLT provided there is a room available. I have had two reservations at the same resort and disney combined them before I even got there and I was able to stay in the same room. No need to call MS to modify a reservation. and you do NOT have to first cancel the BCV reservation to make the change. Simply sign in click the modify/cancel button on the BCV reservation and pick modify as you choice and then select BLT. If you need help just message me I will be happy to walk you through it.
