Does anyone know what the difference is between the Beach and Cayman styles except for color offerings?

The Beach come in S, M, L etc. The Cayman fit a little narrower and come in full shoe sizes 7, 8, 9. :flower:

I have a pair of Red Caymans looking to add some Payless cheapos to the list without much luck BUT I saw a commercial last night (Cdn station) for Payless promoting the movie Madagasgar with a shot of Moc Crocs in the window. There's hope for me yet. And finally found a Canadian site to sell HoleySoles (exact same as Crocs just different name) Thanks calypso*a*go-go

Plus...I'm going back to Disney in November. :Pinkbounc I'm so spoiled and so lucky. My inlaws were wanting to go on vacation and to Disney it is. So we HAVE to go with them of course :earboy2: Need more Crocs so I can change up the shoe wardrobe down in the World.

You're welcome Princess Aurora! Are you going to order from Food Diva? I haven't yet only because I really like having the backstrap and Maribel only carries the strapless model. You'll have to let everyone know if there's any difference between Holey Soles and Crocs (I'm betting there isn't!).

Okay, who's going to be brave enough to start mixing and matching and where one color shoe on one foot and a different color on the other? Wouldn't that be fun...

I think Dcef or someone here said that where they are from the kids are wearing straps of one color with another color Beach shoe. So lime crocs with pink straps. I have to say I have bought enough of them that this could be done. :teeth:

Funny enough I actually like them with the straps better too, but I wear them pushed forward? I guess I like the fact that they can be more sturdy when you add the strap.

On the HoleySoles site they say the shoes are meant to be warn with the strap forward and only use the strap in active play. So I guess for those (including me) that figured out they fit better at first if you let them mold to your feet if you wear them with the straps forward, we were doing it right all along :).

I think that would look great! Okay time for me to take a quick run up to my local Payless.

Well, I converted another!!! My Dsis that went searching at the mall for me bought a pair of CROCS...Nile in light blue. She loves them!

After wearing both my CROCS, Beach and Nile, I can say that I personally prefer the Beach...just fit better for my wide ol' duck feet...the Nile are definitely more narrow. As much as DS thinks they are ugly and embarassing...too bad! I'm wearing the Beach on vacation! But I suspect that I will switch off between the CROCS and my other sandals, tennis shoes...what can I say? I am a shoe freak!!

Got my 2nd pair today- Black Beach.... I already had Sage Beach! Now I need some BRIGHT ones!

I just saw this today!! Lamey Wellehan carries them..... Grasshopper Shoppe in downtown Bangor Carries them and so does The Ski Rack!!

just got my second pair of niles. :flower: just in time for wdw.

Looking for Niles in South Dade, Fla. Got 4 pairs of beaches and now I want a pair of black and a pair of purple Niles before I go to Orlando for Tupperware Jubilee. So any other consultants going to Jubilee looks for me in my Crocs except for dressy night.

Ok I broke down and bought a pair of the Payless knockoffs. Figured I'd try those first and see if they were all that. Man they're comfy. :cool1: Gotta get some authentic Crocs now.

OT Payless has their BOGO going on right now (buy one get one half off) and I also got these CUTE flip flops.http://www.payless.com/Catalog/Prod...Adult&Popularity=&DescriptiveColor=White/Pink I normally NEVER wear flops because they hurt my feet but these are really comfy.

Thanks for explaining the difference!

My first pair of pink Crocs were made in China are more comfortable and have a softer sole. They also had www.crocs.com printed on the outside arch of each shoe.

The pair I bought yesterday are made in Canada, and do not have the URL listed on the arch. The Button that holds the strap on has an impression of a Crocodile. The ones made in China have the word "Crocs" in place of the Crocodile.

Strange how two shoes of the same brand are slightly different.

Another online site that sells the "holey shoes" is Leevalley.com under the gardening section. They don't have the strap though and cost $13.95.

How long does it take them to come in if you order them? There is not a dealer in Spartanburg, there are two dealers in Greenville and I bet they aren't open on Sunday which the the only day of the week that I have off. I want some pink beach ones. I wear an 8-8/12 do you think a medium will fit? My feet are a little wide...

IF you order directly from the CROCS website it may take a while depending upon how much of a back order there is. When I first posted here I had just ordered a pair of Niles...not being a patient person I called the company direct twice to confirm how long it would take...I was told they might arrive in mid June...aargh!!! :sad2: So I started calling every possible location within 2 hours of my house to locate a retailer that might carry CROCS. I found the Beach style 5 minutes away and the Niles were 1 1/2 hours away.

If you are interested, the retailer I found the Niles at does ship at a cost of $5/pair...she gave me her phone number and you could call her if you want. Just PM me and I'll give you the name and number.

If you want to order from CROCS or another online location, I'd suggest calling to verify they have the color, size and style in stock before you order.

According to my tracking number, mine will be arriving tommorrow from zappos.com. :cheer2:

Gotta love this! Rubber for yer feet!

G'day, eh?

I got a black pair of the beach style yesterday from Dillards. My feet aren't hurting but I can't look down...
