I went to a local dealer last night (Appalachian Outfitters) to check out the
Crocs shoes. They only carry the Beach Crocs and the 8-9 was too small and the 10-11 was too big. The salesman asked me why I wanted those shoes and I told him that I heard they were comfortable shoes and wanted them for Walt Disney World. I told him that I wasn't sure the Beach Crocs was the style I wanted, but did want to try them on to see how they felt. He definitely was being very negative about them and said they were only meant for a beach shoe and that they weren't that comfortable and they were like a "clog" shoe and would not be the right shoe for WDW. He said I needed a shoe that gave me support. I told him that I have spent lots of money on "support" shoes for WDW and still get blisters....that I was game for something different. I told him that since he only carried the Beach style that I was really thinking about the next style up and wanted to try on a Crocs shoe before ordering them online. With that being said, he walked away from me but kept staring at me the whole time we were there. I did see some Treva sandals while I was there, but wasn't willing to try them on....2 reasons....I thought they were ugly (uglier than the Crocs!

) and I didn't like the price tag of $90.
With everything being said, now I am confused on what to do! I go to WDW in June, August and December this year and was hoping to find a shoe that my feet will be comfortable in!
