What countries sell Wine by the bottle.

I am looking to buy a bottle of wine, when in Epcot. I thought I read once said that some countries sell wine by the bottle. I know I can get some in the hotel, just looking for something different. Thanks!

Well I know you can buy wine by the glass in Germany, Italy, and France, so I would think you could buy bottles of wine there as well.

I got a bottle of wine at the France Pavillion. It was pretty good too.
