Well, I'm a substitute teacher, so "give a presentation with no prep time" is pretty much my job description. :rotfl:

But with no notes, I'll say Algebra.

Former teacher here and I was thinking pretty much the same thing!

I like that vacation planning showed up for lots of people, I'm stealing that one first! Probably not Disney for me though.

The first things that come to mind currently are - how to prepare your child for kindergarten (I'm very opinionated about this - independent play!,) Crater Lake National Park ( worked there during college,) the inner workings of the public library (current job,) preparing your teenager for the world (recent experience,) and life experience coaching (rambling bs I could make up based on my 56 years on this planet!)

First I'd give a lecture, then we'd do a game or activity, time to share experiences and answer questions, and then a wrap up full of infinite wisdom and clever repartee - easy peasy!

I don't know that anyone would want to actually attend my seminars, but I could give them! (And probably already do much to my friends and family's dismay.)

That's funny. I asked my sister, who was a kindergarten teacher at the time, what I should teach my DS to prepare him for kindergarten & she said nothing. She said kindergarten would bore him, if he knew too much going in. In our case, she was right. When he entered kindergarten many of the kids were ahead of him. TBH, I taught him very little, due to her suggestion. Naturally, I had read to him, but didn't make an effort to teach him anything. By the end of the year, he surpassed all of the classmates. In our case, she made the correct suggestion. I guess it depends on the student.

Apparently you didn't read what I said they needed to prepare! LOL
