I have Quartz countertops and read that you should not use any cleaner with bleach or ammonia.

Also no tub cleaner.

And no vinegar.

Is there one good cleaner that can be used for vanity tops, bathtubs and toilets?

This is what Cambria recommends for cleaning their quartz counters!

the attachment is a little blurry...but I got it from their website!

That’s kind of a big ask, given that each of these surfaces have different kinds of grime one is trying to remove and porcelain and acrylic are much more durable surfaces than natural stone. :confused3 Of course any cleaner mild enough for the quartz will also clean a toilet or tub but won’t disinfect, or remove rust or hard water mineral deposits.

I work in residential construction and we install hundreds of granite and quarts tops every year. Our best recommendation for them is mild dish soap, rinsed well and then buffed dry with a towel to remove residue and leave a shine. You are right to avoid bleach and ammonia, as well as vinegar, which unfortunately are all very common in bathroom cleaning products. I would think the Cambria list is a good resource if you want to disinfect as well.

We use the Dawn spray dish soap. Spray the counter, wipe with wet cloth, then wipe with a dry towel.

Toilet bowl cleaning products are usually only intended for one purpose. Countertop cleaners come in many brands/varieties, have used several over the years and they all seem to work well. Vinegar shouldn't be used on marble since it can etch the surface (true for anything acidic like lemon juice, tomato juice, carbonated beverages, etc.) which is probably why marble is not recommended for the kitchen. Most solid surface cleaning products contain a diluted solution and you generally wipe it off after a few seconds on contact with the surface.

I use Lysol Kitchen when I can find it but my granite counters are fine with 409. I am a big fan of the Method brand. I really like their wood spray, bathroom foaming spray, and their heavy-duty degreaser. The degreaser works great when I take apart my gas cooktop to clean it. I just spray everything and wait a few minutes. Microfiber cleaning cloths wipe everything up easily.
