What characters do you normally see at DL and CA for autographs?

I'm printing up clip art for an autograph book for my three year old for the end of June. Which characters have you had luck in seeing when at the parks. I want to make sure I don't miss anyone.

Flick and Atta can be found near and around Bug's Land in DCA and are also in the Block Party Bash parade.

Yes they can be located there But I wasnt around during the meet and greet times so I never saw them

JoJo and Goliath can be found wandering around DCA Hollywood Backlot. I have never seen any Little Einstein characters, and as far as I know, aren't available at DLR.

If you have any specific characters you are seeking, make sure you stop in at City Hall in DL and ask the CM to locate their schedules for you. That way you will catch them at the right time.

Here are some of the one's we've seen.....we haven't been to CA a whole lot so don't have as much experience there but here's what we've seen:
DL: Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Cruella, Mary Poppins, Minnie, Buzz

CA: Minnie, Ada(bug's life), and the boy bug(don't remember his name), Mickey

I often see Mr. and Mrs. Indredible on the Hollywood backlot, and I've seen Goofy there a number of times too.

It's funny: If I see Mary in front of Town Hall, she's usually with Bert. If she's with a penguin (which I see her with more often than anyone), she's in front of The Mad Hatter.

Along PP they now have Lightning and Mater drive around. They don't sign, but their pit crew does.

Tinkerbelle is not a character that does meet and greets in the park. She is in the Parade of Dreams, though and flies over Sleeping Beauty's Castle during the fireworks.

Pocohontas is a pretty rare character. You can sometimes find her in Frontierland and I have also seen her in DCA Hollywood backlot.

Megara? Sorry, not familiar with that one.

I haven't seen Jack myself, but I understand that he makes appearances in NOS. I wonder if he will hang out on the new island once it's completed?

This past week we saw all of the before mentioned characters plus Lightning McQueen and Mater from CARS, Flik and Princess Atta, Chip and Dale all at California Adventure. Also, we were walking right behind Jack Sparrow in New Orleans Square.

I don't believe I've ever seen Megera (not even with Hercules), sorry.

Pochantas was and I think still is the star of her own show in AK at WDW... She also I believe does appearances in the area there. Doesn't help for DL though, sorry again.

There have been multiple rumors, more at WDW, that they may try to make a meet-and-greet with Tink. The plan I had heard was to make it a walk-through setup, where it made people think they were shrinking (a la the HISTK playground at MGM or the Bug's Life area at CA). It hink that's been scrapped though.

My son is asian & his favorite character is Shang. Has Disney ever had Shang as a character in DLR (or WDW)?

If not, where do Mulan and/or Mushu typically hang out. (i think Mulan is one of Disney's best female movie character - in regards qualities for a little girl to look up to). Great movie too.

I have seen most mentioned here..plus I saw Lilo..and not in the PP restaurant..I saw the main guy from Bug's Life..(forgot his name..we have a pic of him hugging dd) I have seen Meg once..but she was walking with a cast member and wasn't signing...
I really like the DCA Donald and Mickey..because they are dressed as if they are on vacation..so even if you get them to sign in DL park..they look like different characters at DCA so you want them again..lol

Oh..I forgot..the last time we were at DL we saw Cruella DeVille..I was psyched because I had never seen her before ..in all my years at Disney (and I used to go before people wanted autographs..when characters were just walking around shaking hands)

At DW we saw her often, but almost always in a kimono/hanbok type outfit (sorry, don't know the chinese name). I wish they would dress her in the Chinese Warrior outfit instead.

Regarding Cruella & vacationing Mickey & Donald.....ArielAdven, we must have been following each other around. We saw all 3 back in March.

I agree with you about touristy mickey & donald...it was cool to see them this way (it kind of reminded me of how they dressed in safari at AK...casual but cool). Great pics near the entrance in front of the big fountain at DCA.

& Cruella...what a hoot. She was our VERY first DL character as we walked into DL at noonish, and there she was near the front gate. She was SO in character (& one of the few characters who are able to speak) in high heels, lots of lipstick & cackling with glee. She was dismissive of the children (with a wink to the adults) & also asked our kiddo if we had any dogs at home.

I bet the CM's kill to get the Cruella gig, since they have such fun with it. She had the small group of 8-10 folks gathered around cracking up. (& I'm sure all of us had explain to the little ones that it was pretend and in fun).
