I have battled this off and on for years. Last year it lasted for several months and I had all sorts of tests (MRI, blood tests, saw a neurologist). The best they could tell me was the benign positional vertigo. My chiropractor showed me an exercise to do for it.
In the past I have been on meclazine but it just wiped me out. The OTC form does work better for me. My neurologist also gave me diazepam which is for anxiety but in low doses helps dizziness.

I see a couple of you mentioning meclazine. Is this something you take all the time as a precautionary thing, or just when you feel a spell coming on?
