Hi, for MNSSHP I understand that during 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. things are being decorated (wow, how do they do it so fast!). I understand too that we'll be routed to Tomorrowland to wait, or I'm assuming if we have a PS at LTT we'll wait there. Can anyone tell me if this is correct, and also, what do you do while you're waiting? Are Tomorrowland attractions open or is there some interim entertainment? Or should we opt to "wait it out" at LTT? Anything cute going on there after you finish dinner?

(Now I know just being at MK is amusement enough, LOL-- but trying to decide where and how to time my PS's so as not to use up the patience quotes of my boys, particularly before the night begins!)

Thanks so much as always !!:jester:

The rides in Tomorrowland are open. I think they also had the photo station in Tomorrowland open at 6:00pm.

This is JMO, but what we did last year was....

got to the park about 4:30 - rode a couple of rides and got our armbands - ate at LTT around 5:30, finished up around 6:30 - IF you are lucky they MIGHT have some Fantasyland stuff open, if not, keep heading to Tomorrowland, but leave it a little early if you are done, because on both nights, Fantasyland had opened again a little before 7PM and there was NO ONE around - I tell you we rode at least 6 or so rides in just a 1/2 hour or so!!!

Then, make your way back to Liberty Square for the parade so that you can listen to the Legend of Sleepy Hollow before the headless horesman arrives and the parade begins. There is nothing like it!!

HAVE FUN!!! :D

Great advice guys, thanks!!

This sounds really cool, can't wait!! :bounce:

We decided to get PS for LTT. I don't know if they still do this but, our server was such a nice guy and when we complemented his "Ghastly" appearance he said everyone was costumed and made up for the night from the Haunted Mansion wardrobe. Our DD's had their photo taken with him and got his autograph just like the regular characters. He was wonderful.

The other good thing about waiting it out over dinner is when you come out it is very cool how the park has transformed. We had an early seating and got out as LTT was filling up and the party was starting. Perfect timming! ::yes:: HTH!

We, too, had dinner at LTT and actually got to ring the bell and announce dinner! The characters are in costume as well. It was a great dinner before a great night!

This past Halloween we arrived at MK between 4pm and 5pm and got in several attractions in Fantasyland (Dumbo, Peter Pan, Snow White, Mickey's Philharmagic, with little, or no wait before getting routed to Tomorrowland.

It was a little more crowded in Tomorrowland, but we rode Astro Orbiter and Space Mountain before the entire park was opened again at 7pm.
