What buttons are available at city hall?

Haha no problem. There's a couple of other buttons from the character meals as well which I've seen around, and there's also a gold version of the Honorary Citizen button I've seen. Just need to get my hands on them!

DS has a collection of the honorary citizen buttons. I think mainly they have given them to him b/c he was being cute, but I know that at least one was given when he was crying after having been knocked to the ground in the main bug's land waterplay area by a much bigger kid (preteen vs 3 year old is never going to be pretty). CM appeared out of nowhere with the button and some stickers (we knew the CM was lurking b/c he had booted out some 20-somethings who were messing around endangering the kids).

LOL, at first I thought you were talking about your DH, and halfway through the paragraph, I realized it made no sense at all.

This is a VERY old thread from February of LAST year. The buttons posted a few posts up are the ones that are available now, as of the new year.

Also, the first visit button got a redesign. It is similar, but different (and I don't think it says, "Where dreams come true," which makes sense as it's no longer the YOAMD).
