All my bakeware has "had it"! Looked at Bed Bath and Beyond and Kohl's this past week and left both stores scratching my head. :scratchin There's so much to choose from but most appears to be flimsy/costly. What have you bought that you really love?

AirBake pans...they do not allow any foods to burn.
I absolutely love them!!!
I have a 13X9 cake pan, 2 cupcake pans, & another size I'm not sure of.

How much baking do you plan on doing? Do you bake tons?

Calphalon is a great brand to consider. AirBake is great for cookies because they keep the bottoms from getting burned. But I'm not sure if they have anything more than cookie sheets.

If you do buy them at Bed Bath & Beyond make sure you use one (or more if you don't buy a set) coupons! If you go back there ask anyone in the department and they should be able to give you all the info you need or find the right person to help you. :flower:

I like Chicago Metallics, they are at Bed Bath and Beyond, Williams Sonoma and sometimes Home Goods.

I use regular cookie sheets with silpat for cookies and their nonstick bread, muffin and cake pans.

They have a lifetime guarantee, the square pans are folded so they never warp. I love to bake and I am pleased with my pans

I also have a silicone heart shaped muffin pan by de Buyer (kitchenaid makes them too), I really do like the silicone a lot and would buy some more pieces in the future, not that I need anymore bakeware :rotfl:

I've got AirBake cupcake pans & a 9X13 cake pan.

I recently also bought a Chicago Metallic jellyroll sheet, which is basically a cookie sheet with a 1" depth. I bought it to roast veggies in the oven, but I'm using it for everything now. I've used airbake type sheets for years, but am totally impressed with the results of this very simple, yet heavy duty commerical pan. Plus, it was only $12 on Amazon.com and has a lifetime warranty.

Secondly, I swear by Le Creuset. It is expensive but you can get great deals on the poterie line. I love them because they can go straight from freezer to oven, freezer to microwave, or any other combo. They clean up flawlessly and look awesome.
