Right now I'm reading " Curious New England The Unconventional Traveler's Guide to Eccentric Destinations " - it's pretty cool:D and the 2004 edition of the Unofficial Guide to WDW ( " Hi, I'm Kteacher, and I'm a WDW guidoholic:rolleyes: ") So, what are you reading?

I am finally getting to the end of the new Harry Potter book!

I'm reading Bill Bryson 'A short History Of Nearly Everything'

It's very interesting, a bit more complicated than I expected;)

I'm just finishing #3 of the Stephanie Plum series.
I'm also about six months into a book that talks about social norms, hostile media phenomenon, groupthink and the bystander effect and how these things affect society today.
Ack!!! Gonna be a struggle to get through that one. LOL

Maybe I need to just pick up the next Stephanie Plum book and skip the heavy reading, huh?

I might have to put this on my reading list too....it did sound like an interesting read.

Hi HMG,

It is well worth a read.I thought it would be very light hearted like his other books. The write-ups I read gave that impression too, like listing some of the funny/gross facts he researched. But it is actually a serious and challlenging book:)

Thanks Kazzie! I was just gonna PM you and ask for a bit more detail...and you beat me to the punch!

Thankyou thankyou thankyou...I've really been looking for something different than my usual.

Just finishing Angry Housewives Eating Bon Bons....a great summer read!!

I will be back in front of my classroom tomorrow.......so I don't know when I will have time to attack the other books I bought to read over vacation!!!

The Gold coast by Nelson DeMille

I just finished "Whispers" by Lisa Jackson. I am going to start "Flamingo Diner" by Sherryl Woods....she is a Local Author and lives here in Key Biscayne Fl.

"The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2004" (of course)

"Fuzzy System Theory and Its Applications"

and

"E-commerce: business, technology, society"

If anyone' has read the last two, please don't tell me how they end. ;)

i just entered another danielle steele phase; i go through it in the summer...just finished 'irresistable forces' and am almost gone with 'jewels'.

i usually read non-fiction stuff, which can be intense! ds gives me a break from that with her novels!

The Count of Monte Crisco.

I'm about 1/3 of the way through....it's actually very good. I was a little skeptical at first.....

A co-worker just gave me a book on Friday but I haven't started it yet. It's called Mouse Tales A Behind-the-Ears Look at Disneyland by David Koenig. Has anyone ever read this? Annmarie

Coffee, Tea or Me; the memoirs of two former stewardesses of the 60's, back when flying was glamorous and stewardesses had a MUCH different role then they do now.

I picked it up at the bookstore because as a child I had this weird desire to be a stewardess. Who knows why. In any case, its a mindless read, but fun just the same.
