What will you need to show to get this perk. My Mother In Law is celebrating 60th. Will she need to take her Birth Certificate, or will a passport do?

What will Disney accept.

Passport is the preferred id, I used my driving licence but they weren't too happy!

Claire ;)

DW considered using DL but we decided to take passport. No problems with that.

I used my drivers license and there was no problem at all. I had the printout from registering online with Disney previously, though....

I got mine Sunday, at Hollywood Studios. It was fantastic!

How much is it that you get? As its my birthday and my dads when we're out there!

You have to spend it that day dont you, and its not allowed on food or drink. Is that correct? xx

You get the value of a 1 day ticket, in May DW got $75+tax, now its $79+tax, yes correct you can't use it on food or drink but it now has no expiry, DW got hers in May and we have just used it this month.

Wayne, you finally spent it? it wouldn't have lasted a day with us....probably would have spent it within the first half day of receiving it..
and that's another thing we're missing out on - we were going to be there during DH's birthday...oh well....c'est la vie...

Couldn't find anything Karen wanted so we have used it for gifts for people, main things were a Mickey and Minnie for our God Daughter. Karen now has $75 in cash to spend when she finds something on a future trip, we rarely buy stuff in Disney.

Can someone let me know where you go to get your birthday Gift Card, as will already have our Disney Ultimate Ticket and won't need to queue up at the Ticket Centres
