What attractions are rumored to be closing?

Jumping in on this. Have to say that while I love CoP for an afternoon nap, it could use an update in the last room. And, I much preferred Tiki a room under new management. I can't even endure sitting through the shortened old version.

Hate Avatarland. That will really make AK a 1/2 day park.

Please do get rid of backlot. We hadn't done it until last Sept. it had been 10 years. Wish we wouldn't have wasted our time. Hate to think of losing Little Mermaid or Beauty and Beadt.

I was told by a Disney Employee on Vacation at Hollywood Studios around Spring 2012 that a Phineas and Ferb ride would be added soon. Reading the beginning of the thread i think the rumor of them closing the voyage of the little mermaid for the P&F ride might be true.

I wouldn't mind terribly if Stitch's Great Escape were to escape for good from Tomorrowland. As bad as Alien Encounter was, it was leaps above the current tenant.

I can see the LM attraction going away with the new attraction in the MK but I can't see them adding anything in there that wasn't another "Show" there just isn't a lot of room for a "ride".

I could see them maybe updating the computer that Mom uses and the clothes and hair styles but it not much more. It was supposed to be the family of the future but the problem is that the future kept catching up.
